What We Do

  • Plat

    A map of a subdivision of land prepared in accordance with local and or state plat statutes or subdivision regulations.

    Boundary Survey

    Precise determination of the perimeters of a parcel or tract of land by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments or boundary lines to accurately describe the parcel, locate fixed improvements on the parcel, or divide the parcel.

    Topographic Survey

    ALTA/NSPS

Step 4: Field Survey

Our licensed survey professionals travel to your property to collect accurate measurements and data using advanced surveying equipment, GPS technology, drones, LiDAR (when applicable), and traditional survey methods.

Step 5: Data Processing & Analysis

After the fieldwork is complete, our office team processes the collected data, researches property records, deeds, plats, and legal documents, and carefully analyzes the information to ensure accuracy.

Using the collected data and research, we prepare your final survey, maps, plats, or construction documents. Every project undergoes a thorough quality review to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.
