Ann Hill
With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Ann Hill has built and led multiple successful businesses, developing a strong foundation in business management, strategic planning, financial oversight, and operations. Today, Ann serves as CEO of Clarson & Associates, a long-established land surveying firm with a history dating back to 1952. In her role, she oversees the company’s overall operations and long-term strategic direction, including financial management, business development, client relationships, administrative operations, and organizational planning. Ann brings an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on building strong client relationships, maintaining high standards of service, and positioning the company for continued growth. Her experience managing businesses across multiple areas has given her a broad perspective on what it takes to build a successful organization and sustain it over the long term. Under her leadership, Clarson & Associates continues to combine the experience and reputation of an established surveying firm with a forward-thinking approach to business and client service.

Peter (Pete) A. Hill, PE
Pete became a full-time member of the Clarson & Associates team in 2016, following four years as a Civil Engineer with a highly regarded national civil and structural engineering firm. His connection to Clarson & Associates began much earlier, however, as he spent his summers working alongside his father at the firm throughout high school and college. Those early experiences provided him with a firsthand understanding of the land surveying profession and ultimately sparked his passion for the industry. Pete’s combination of civil engineering experience and hands-on surveying experience has provided him with a well-rounded perspective that continues to contribute to the success of Clarson & Associates.
Vice President
Tim Schram, PSM
With over 40 years of professional surveying experience, Mr. Schram has accumulated a vast and extensive resume of surveying projects in many development sectors. His roles have ranged from an equity partner of a mid-west survey company to Vice President of Field Services, Survey Group team Manager, to senior project civil designer for professional surveying and civil engineers and contracting groups. Mr. Schram has a successful history of coordinating surveying services for multiple public improvement projects and private development initiatives. They include commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, residential, single and multi-family developments.
